i've been trying not to say 'umm' and 'uhh' at work while i'm dealing with customers over the phone. it's freakin hard! why do people umm and ahh anyway.. it's not like it makes you think better. it doesn't even mean anything! then again, i say plenty of things that don't make much sense so uhhh why the hell am i even bothering gtg.
